In this video I show you how to create a delicious, inexpensive, easy to do anywhere breakfast. In this breakfast I use 4 ingredients: 1. Rolled Oats, 2. Strawberries, 3. Blueberries, 4. Probiotic yogurt. I first boil water and pour half a cup of rolled oats into a bowl. I wait 5 minutes and add the rest of the ingredients. It is all organic, free of MSG and high fructose corn syrup.
